Compass is pleased to share with you the steps taken to ensure your safety when visiting our sites:
All staff and visitors are screened daily for COVID symptoms with alternatives to in-person meeting options available such as video or telephone. With secured entrances, visitors will be greeted at the door and guided through the site to manage traffic volumes and flow. Compass sites have been equipped with hand sanitizing stations at entrances along with signage on proper technique. Our waiting rooms are temporarily unavailable and visitors will be taken directly to their reserved meeting room. We ask that attendance is limited to essential visitors only (eg. one caregiver per child) and that other family members remain off-site. Our meeting rooms are disinfected between each use, with midday cleaning of common areas. Appointment times have been staggered, with a gap between available appointment times to allow for management of traffic flow and disinfection of rooms. Please note that staff and visitors are to wear non-medical face mask when on-site; a supply for adults and children is available though you are encouraged to bring your own, if you have them.
