If you or someone you know is in crisis or feeling overwhelmed, please contact Crisis Intervention Services at Health Sciences North at 1.877.841.1101. This service is free and available 24/7 with virtual, mobile crisis and in-person options.

mindSPACE offers free in-person mental health services without an appointment for children and youth under 17. mindSPACE clinicians are available Tuesday and Thursday 11am-6:30pm (last session offered at 6:30pm)

If you’re aged 17 and under, a free virtual/phone single-session counseling service is available through OneStopTalk by calling 1.855.416.8255. OneStopTalk therapists are available Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm and Saturday 12pm-4pm
