DUTIES:
- Act as Project Lead and/or Coordinator for major projects including the development and management of project documents, conducting engagement, project planning and project team meetings
- Manage project staff and budget when applicable
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to execute projects
- Prepare communications and provide recommendations to leadership and project steering committees
- Utilize key metrics to evaluate and synthesize information for presentations and reports for various stakeholders
- Liaise with project funders when applicable
- Promote a project-oriented culture at Compass by mentoring and coaching project teams and leadership
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners and vendors to execute projects
- Ensure stakeholder needs are met through appropriate communication and engagement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Business, Health Administration or related field
- Project Management certification, training or 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in mental health, health or social service environment is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Oral and written proficiency in the English and French languages is considered an asset
- Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check required
