DUTIES:

• Act as Project Lead and/or Coordinator for major projects including the development and management of project documents, conducting engagement, project planning and project team meetings
• Manage project staff and budget when applicable
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to execute projects
• Prepare communications and provide recommendations to leadership and project steering committees
• Utilize key metrics to evaluate and synthesize information for presentations and reports for various stakeholders
• Liaise with project funders when applicable
• Promote a project-oriented culture at Compass by mentoring and coaching project teams and leadership
• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners and vendors to execute projects
• Ensure stakeholder needs are met through appropriate communication and engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Business, Health Administration or related field
• Project Management certification, training or 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in mental health, health or social service environment is considered an asset
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Oral and written proficiency in the English and French languages is considered an asset
• Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check required
